As we look toward 2025, we’re more committed than ever to developing our DIB program. Today, we’re excited to introduce our 2025 initiatives. With a mission to foster a sense of belonging and ensure that all employees feel included, we’re aligning our efforts with our commitment to diversity as a core business goal. To achieve this, we’re embracing four key themes, each designed to ensure every individual at LearnUpon feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.

1. Celebrating Race and Ethnicity

Throughout Q1, we’re dedicating time to honoring and celebrating various races and ethnicities, creating space for education, open discussions, and personal storytelling. 2. Empowering Women @ LU

Throughout this theme, we’re focusing on raising awareness around the unique challenges women face, with a special emphasis on allyship and women’s health. Through meaningful learning opportunities, open discussions, and heartfelt conversations, we aim to not only support but uplift the women at LearnUpon and beyond.

Our goal is to create an environment where women feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive, knowing they have the support of their colleagues in overcoming the obstacles they face.
