The LearnUpon team’s commitment to fostering a culture of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) runs deep. We believe that each team member should feel seen, valued, and celebrated for who they are, and that embracing our differences only makes us stronger as a team.
Throughout Q1, we took time to focus on honoring race and ethnicity, recognizing that this work is essential to creating an environment where every individual feels welcomed and appreciated.

Sharing Personal Experiences and Insights

To help visualize the vast array of backgrounds that make up our LearnUpon family, we created an interactive map showcasing the many ethnicities and cultures represented within our community. This map was a beautiful and tangible reminder of how rich and varied our workplace truly is, and how every employee brings something unique and invaluable to the table.
It was heartwarming to see our team members engage with the map, proudly sharing their own heritage and celebrating the backgrounds of their colleagues. It’s moments like this that remind us of the importance of fostering a space where we can come together and embrace what makes each of us unique.
Giving Back to Support Racial Justice
